Earlier this year in Austin, TX, I had the pleasure of seeing Samantha Fish live for the first time. While my first 3 songs were busy taking pictures, I sat back and had a great time for the rest of the show. She quickly went up on my lists of artists to see live every chance I get and her coming Dallas, TX show is certainly no exception.
Already got my tickets and photopass request submitted. Now we wait for August 3rd at the historic Longhorn Ballroom where whether taking pics or just enjoying the show, it’s going to be a great evening! This is the perfect venue for her modern retro style.
Best described as a rock blues sound with plenty of soul, Samantha Fish is a unique sound from start to finish. You’ll hear some rockabilly blues, unique riffs, and experience high energy from start to finish. She’s got her own unique sound that will reverberate differently with each passing song.
While many artists say close to home in reference to their “sound”, Samantha Fish pushes it in the best of ways. Her playing style stands out just as much as her unique voice and cultivated look, matching her sound perfectly.
In going through the set list of some previous shows, it’s going to be an incredible night for sure with the Bulletproof tour is making a stop in Dallas. If you are looking for a great show Aug 3rd, get tickets and get them quickly.
