In a dream world where all electronics work flawlessly, Jemini envisioned broadcasting episodes of The Stairwell Showcase once again. Sadly, that dream world has not become a reality just yet. Time Warner Cable, Jemini’s only hope for getting reliable internet, was supposed to arrive at the place she calls home and install new internet service. Well, they arrived last Thursday, determined that there was not an existing line leading to her cubby hole, and then promised that they would return to install said new line Monday, November 2, 2015.
Guess what, they never showed up on Monday. GRRRRRRRR!!!!!! Hopes of doing a show tonight (Tuesday, November 3, 2015) were further dashed by the day job springing into gear and whisking Jemini out of state for awhile.
But wait, there is still hope! The basic radio gear has been packed! Now the only ingredient needed is reliable internet where she will be staying throughout the month. If all goes well, we shall aim to have a show on Sunday. Stay tuned for details on time and what fun things shall be broadcasted. In the mean time, Jemini kindly asks that everyone please cross their fingers, toes, eyes, arms, legs, and anything else you feel like crossing for this broadcast to happen!
Updates on Stairwell as well as the other great shows on https://renegaderadio.net shall be posted in a show newsreel in the next couple of days. If you don’t see something posted by Thursday, November 5, 2015, do give Jemini a good poke and tell her you want your update.
