Recently, the brand new Omni PGA Frisco Resort held its first buying & education summit from July 31st to August 2nd. The event hosted vendors from all over the United States.
The event also hosted a golf wear fashion show that included the latest clothing designs from Stony, Fore All, Tasca, Aputnam, Anatomies, Jag, Reflo, Daily Sports, Rohnisch, Ladies Only and Luluemon.
The facility features (2) 18 hole golf courses and boasts a par 3 10 hole course that lights up at night. Also available on the property are several top restaurants including Ice House and Lounge by Top Golf and a Members Only restaurant the the clubhouse. Providing entertainment while eating, the Ice House boasts (6) tee off bays to brush up on your driving skills between cocktails and an amazing cheeseburger!
The event also featured a PGA coaching session on the range. This allowed you to try the latest clubs with representatives from Callaway Golf, LA Golf, Mizuno Golf, Ping and many more.
Their fantastic putting green was renamed the dance floor putting green for this event and had representatives from Cleveland Golf, Cobra Golf, Mizuno Golf, Odyssey Golf, Renegade Golf and Ping on hand as well.
The PGA recently moved their offices from Orlando, Florida to Omni PGA Frisco Resort in Frisco, TX and will soon establish itself as the mecca for any golfer at any level to experience this property first hand. All players will be able to play on both 18 hole courses as well as the fun par 3 course.
Overall, the event was a huge success for the PGA to establish their presence in the city of Frisco. If you’re into golf, you will need to get out soon and experience all of this first hand!
