Let's take a look at two nations.

Iran
3 people wander into Iran and get arrested. No one really knows what they were doing there or if the accusation of 'spy' is warranted (Who the fuck hikes in Iraq during a war?). It drags on about 2 years and ends with Iran forcing the U.S. to pay ransom. That million might serve Iran well on the black market for nuclear materials. Obviously they weren't spies or the Persians would have had no trouble punishing them.

The U.S.
1 person flies to the U.S., stays in nice hotel and has dinner with American students at a university and chats. He takes the podium at the UN and states once again that 9/11 was contrived by the U.S. under the pretext of going to war. The reaction? U.S. delegates leave. On their own fucking soil. They get bitched out of a building in their own land. What in God's name is wrong with this generation of people in America?
