had enough of their crap so if i can't resolve an IP address on a "guest" viewing the site, the IP address gets banned at the SITE level, not just the vbulletin level.
deleted a few suspecious accounts so i hope i didn't hit a real one. if so let me know and i'll let you know why it was "suspecious".
