No Stairwell Showcase on Monday, November 20th. Jem-Jem has several projects that have to be completed before the Thanksgiving holidays. So far she has two projects completed with two more to go. The showcase will return Monday, November 28th. And now for a little musical inspiration to keep moving forward on these projects until they are completed... EYE OF THE TIGER!! Hear me roar! :P

First quiet day since Sunday, Lola ferret went to the vets on Monday, they kept her in and pumped her full of antiobiotics, but Tuesday brought the sad news that it would be best to put her to sleep. I went to see her with my stepson, and we gave her one last cuddle, my stepson has said very little since Tuesday, although I can tell from his hugs and kisses when I say hello or bye, that he is quite sad about the whole thing, we are all pretty sad, but circle of life and all that, I posted a few ...

Ode to the days when I would get up early on Saturday mornings to catch all the great cartoons. Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, Popeye the Sailor Man and so many more. I remember getting up some mornings at around 5am to catch Thundercats and, if I remember correctly, Voltron. At one point my brother had the old school Voltron action figure. What were some of your favorite Saturday morning cartoons?
