I will admit the beginning of this story didn't get me right away. Then I ready further and there is a love story. Now I want to know more about what will happen with the distraught couple. A medieval soap opera in the making - love it!

An angel exiled from heaven fighting his own depression and nightmares in a mental institution on earth. I want to know more about the coup in heaven, the war, and the eventual casting out of this particular angel. Then I want to know more about what this Angel will do next - I suspect to get back into heaven. Or will he be the angel in charge of purgatory?

and today to cancel the service, the lady i spoke with was very polite, professional and helped me a bunch in the end.

ok, an update. from 5/5 to 5/20, 15 days of the service, i've had (3) outtages, one in the middle of trying to watch tv. it just went "ZAP" and flickered my screen to where i thought the TV died. reset the wireless receiver a few times and it finally came back. saturday night it went out again for about 30 minutes before i said "Fuck it" and put DirecTV back on and will now call AT&T and tell them to come get their shit as I'm done.

the product is as shitty as the service.

also - w/the wireless setup my 10mb download speed was cut in 1/2 and made diablo a bitch. that won't fly, no.

the technician just left. he was fantastic and helped me sort out a few programming issues.

and now the tech calls and tells me he'll be here right at 3pm.
