San Antonio based rock band Memory of a Melody recently released their first full length album Things That Make You Scream. They received the most votes in their market for the UPROAR Festival's Battle of the Band's competition and have opened for Perfect Circle, The Toadies, and many other well known bands. About a week and a half ago, they announced their CD release show will be one of the main events for MELODYFEST 2011 scheduled to take place on Friday, November 11, 2011 at Backstage Live in San Antonio, Texas. To make MELODYFEST even better than it already is, Our Waking Hour will be having their debut live show that night, Nothing More will be trying out a new drummer and playing some of their new tunes, and Dance Like Robots will be rocking the stage.
Things have only started to make you scream. As if MELODYFEST couldn't get any better, a major announcement will be made the evening of Monday, October 10th starting at 7pm cst right here on RenegadeRadio.net that involves this festival and your favorite online radio station. To add to the fray Monday evening, we will air a pre-recorded interview with MOAM's front man, Mario Melody, play more tunes from Things That Make You Scream, and more!
